fantastic stay

i found the location really convenient, close to the beach. the staff were friendly, which i greatly appreciated. the daily bed making and fresh towels were a nice touch. i also enjoyed the entertainment offered (especially the spanish culture shows).
i noticed the pool bar was not open , a little disappointing.

the staff members were helpful and polite throughout my stay. they provided quick assistance with directions and local recommendations. i also noticed they ensured the common areas remained clean and tidy at all times (a big plus).

the breakfast offered a perfect start to each day with its wide variety. i especially liked the roof top pool area (it was a great space to relax).
the room lacked a fridge, inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks. the main bar seemed perpetually closed, and this limited options for evening relaxation.

the location was great it was close to all the amenities including a clean beach i appreciated that the manager prioritized customer satisfaction to ensure everyone felt welcome the staff were very nice and friendly and the daily room service made my stay comfortable the free entertainment from friday till monday allowed me to learn about the local culture.
i did notice that the pool bar was not open

the location offers convenient access to many shops and restaurants plus the nearby beach is easily reachable everything i needed was within walking distance i never used public transport.

the triple room was clean and well maintained the bed was made daily and fresh towels were provided regularly air conditioning worked well which was essential for the weather.

breakfast was included i found plenty of variety in it there was an unexpected treat cava at breakfast i would define the breakfast as perfect with plenty of choice.
